Our mission is to provide valuable resources and support to our community, supporting them in enhancing their lives and safeguarding against potential harm. Explore your potential and cultivate the necessary skills to thrive with our diverse range of programs and services tailored to meet the unique needs of our community.

True To You provides both short and long-term programs designed to facilitate deep learning and sustainable transformation. Our content draws inspiration from ancient and modern wisdom, evidence-based methodologies in violence prevention, mindful practices, neuroscience, social justice, advocacy, martial arts, meditation and psychology. This holistic approach is presented through a trauma-informed framework, setting our programs apart from any other services available.

True To You incorporates a holistic 360-degree framework with simple and effective physical techniques, mental resilience, and situational awareness tools. The programs are easily accessible, and mentoring and aftercare practice provisions exist. The workshops are designed to address the unique needs of diverse populations, particularly those served by not-for-profit organisations, regardless of age, physical ability, race, religious beliefs, socioeconomic and immigration status.
We conduct interactive and transformational workshops covering emotional resilience, physical techniques, psychological awareness, risk assessment, de-escalation strategies, self-healing and personal development tools. The teaching components are built upon understanding the history, psychology, and pathos of violence against women and vulnerable populations.

True To You we customise all programs to be adapted to address the unique challenges faced by different groups, ensuring maximum relevance and impact. Our holistic method is predicated on using a technique of layering or procedural memory, leading through success, framing challenging situations positively and emphasising the physical experience instead of overanalysing a situation. The participant firmly guides their knowledge for a more profound impact of ownership of lessons learnt.

Using adult learning principles, we utilise experiential learning in all activities. By looking at the pathos of violence in which women experience abuse, violence and coercive control, participants share their experiences, and from this real-life scenarios are used as a realistic

We develop and distribute educational materials, including manuals and online resources, to reinforce learning beyond workshop sessions.
We have a Train-the-Trainer Model to empower staff and volunteers within not-for-profit organisations to become certified instructors, promoting sustainability and scalability.

We believe in nurturing and seeking partnerships with community organisations and collaborating with local NGOs, community organisations and corporate sectors who are similarly aligned to maximise reach and impact.

At the heart of our philosophy is the belief that discovering your true self and staying True To You forms the foundation of personal potential. True To You believes everyone has the right and inherent power to transform their lives, realize their full potential, and achieve lasting change.

Thank you for considering True To You as your personal growth and development resource. We invite you to explore our programs and services and encourage you to join us on this transformative journey of self-discovery and personal safety.
